For buyers

Our catalogue has two kinds of items. In stock means a finished piece: you buy exactly what's in the photo and can see it in the showroom. Made to order means we build it based on a sample or to your dimensions.

We work with real wood, so no two pieces are ever the same. When you order from a sample, the shape, species and construction stay the same, but the grain, shade and live edge will differ.

1. Pick a piece in the catalogue.
2. Click 'Order' and leave your name and phone number, plus a comment if you like.
3. Your manager will get in touch to confirm availability, price and lead time, and discuss delivery and assembly.
4. Once everything is agreed, we send the contract and invoice.

1. Send us your ideas, dimensions, photos of the room or a sketch.
2. Your manager helps you choose the species, slab, base and finish.
3. We agree the design, price and lead time and put them in the contract.
4. We make the piece in our workshop and keep you updated.
5. We deliver it and, if needed, assemble and install it.

Orders are usually paid in two stages: a deposit when you order and the balance before dispatch or on delivery. Pieces from stock can be paid in full upfront.

• Private clients — by invoice, bank card or transfer.
• Companies — bank transfer under a contract and invoice, with full accounting documents.

The deposit amount and payment schedule are set out in the contract.

• Collection — from the showroom (Kazachiy Brod 1) or the workshop (Kazachiy Brod 11/1a) at an agreed time.
• Delivery in Sochi — by our own vehicle; cost depends on address and size.
• Other regions — via freight companies, in protective packaging or a wooden crate if needed.
• Carrying, assembly and installation — available in Sochi, including levelling.

Your manager will quote delivery cost and timing when you order. International shipping is arranged on request.

Our pieces come with a warranty; its length and conditions are stated in the contract. It covers manufacturing defects: structural faults, finish peeling and damage not caused by the buyer.

The natural features of wood — grain, knots, colour changes over time, fine hairline checks — are not defects.

• Items from stock — returns and exchanges in line with applicable law.
• Made-to-order items — built to individual specifications, so they can't be returned if there's nothing wrong with them.
