This policy explains how personal data of visitors to forestoff.pro is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
2. What data we process and why
- Requests and orders (order form, custom project, table builder, partnership): name, phone, email, preferred contact method, comment, attached files, the product or project you ask about. Purpose: to reply, prepare a quote and fulfil the order.
- Reviews: name, review text, rating, contact details (not published). Purpose: to publish the review with your separate consent and to contact you if needed.
- Cookies and technical data: see the cookie policy. Analytics runs only with your consent.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) and Art. 9 of Law 152-FZ), given separately in each form; for orders also the performance of a contract.
4. Actions and storage
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer to processors listed below, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation (hosting: ООО «Бегет», г. Санкт-Петербург (серверы в Российской Федерации)). We do not transfer personal data abroad.
Requests are stored for up to 3 years after the last contact, reviews until consent is withdrawn; then the data is destroyed.
5. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to forestoff-sochi@yandex.ru. We respond within 10 working days.
6. Protection
Access to data is restricted to authorised staff; the site uses encrypted connections; the admin panel is protected by passwords and access rights.
